Stephen Sewell’s ARBUS & WEST to be performed at MTC
Melbourne Theatre Company has released their stellar 2019 lineup, including 6 outstanding works from Australian artists.
Among these, Stephen Sewell’s ARBUS & WEST will have it’s world premiere.

Melita Jurisic plays the enchanting Mae West, alongside Diana Glenn who plays her infamous photographer, Diane Arbus. Drawing on real-life events, Sewell re-imagines the shared private moments between these two women, painting a picture of staged beauty, sexuality, boldness and longing.
Directed by Sarah Goodes, the play runs from 22 February – 30 March.
