Racheal Rauch

Racheal is a film and TV creative practitioner with extensive industry experience across production, development and acquisitions from working in Sydney, London, and Dubai.
She has worked in development and production for Australian companies Northern Pictures, Wooden Horse, Flying Bark and for broadcasters Channel 7 and the ABC. Recent credits include Austin (ABC), 100% Wolf (ABC), and two seasons of The Jury (SBS). In 2024, Racheal was selected for the For Film’s Sake Platform: Margins Development Lab where she worked with playwrights on developing screenplay adaptations.
Racheal also consults on alternate production models in the screen industry. In 2024, she co-led Australia’s first job-share pilot with Screen Well on a Matchbox Pictures scripted television production, funded by Screen Australia. In 2026 Racheal delivered a report commissioned by Screen Australia on alternate production models: 8-hour day, 9-day fortnight and job-sharing. She has spoken on the topic at Screen Forever, SXSW Sydney, CrewCon, and on the Screen Vixens podcast amongst others.
Internationally she worked for UK sales agent Bankside Films and in production for Renegade Pictures, Arrow, Studio Lambert and Met Film. While living in the UK Racheal co-founded Ladies in Film and TV (LIFT) in 2014 – it has grown to over 5000 members today.
