THE SLAP nominated for an International Emmy
The Australian television series THE SLAP has been nominated for an International Emmy. Produced by Matchbox Pictures and featuring the screenwriting work of Brendan Cowell and others, THE SLAP is a contender in the drama category of the competition. The organisers of the International Emmys issued a statement to “congratulate the 2012 Nominees for their outstanding achievements as their programs and performances enter into television history and look forward to celebrating them at our festival.”
Winners will receive their Emmys at the 40th International Emmy Awards Gala, on November 19 in New York.
