David Fleischer’s set design in Pinchgut’s L’AMANT JALOUX

David Fleischer’s set design is featured in Pinchgut’s L’AMANT JALOUX. This is a remount of the French Opera by André Grétry, that was first performed 20 November 1778 at Versailles.

“David Fleischer’s set design, with its doors, nook and crannies allowed the melodrama to majestically and comically unfold”
Andrew Luboski, Limelight  5 star review

“Within the severe scenic constraints of Angel Place, the set by David Fleischer provided many opening doors through which the farcical action could evolve, as well as creating a good sounding-board for the singers to project into the difficult acoustic of Angel Place.”
Michael Halliwell, Australian Book Review

L’AMANT JALOUX played at the City Recital Hall on 3, 5, 6 and 8 December 2015. Please find more information on the show on Pinchgut’s website.
