GREEN ROOM Nominations for Betzien, Katz and Ryall

Congratulations to Angela Betzien, Lally Katz and Kelly Ryall for their nominations for the 2013 Green Room Awards.

Angela has been nominated for Best Writing for her play, TALL MAN, a gritty tale of a dysfunctional father-daughter relationship, produced by Creative Regions and first performed at La Mama.

Lally has been nominated for Best New Work/Adaptation for STORIES I WANT TO TELL YOU IN PERSON, her one-woman show which featured Katz on her own, as herself, embroiled in a tale of art, love, money, shoes, and the apocalypse. A Belvoir/Malthouse co-production.

Kelly has been nominated for Best Composition and Sound Design in Theatre for SAVAGES. Patricia Cornelius’ play takes a tough look at masculinity and misogyny amongst a pack of ordinary young men, produced by 45 Downstairs.
