Jim Sharman was recently awarded an Order of Australia

Australian icon and national treasure, Jim Sharman, was recently awarded an Order of Australia on the King’s Birthday 2025 Honour List.

He was acknowledged for his, “distinguished service to the performing arts as a writer and director.”
