Pernell Marsden’s short film THE MEANINGLESS DAYDREAMS OF AUGIE & CELESTE wins at St Kilda Film Festival
Congratulations to writer, director and production designer Pernell Marsden whose short film THE MEANINGLESS DAYDREAMS OF AUGIE & CELESTE recently won Best Short Film at St Kilda Film Festival. Shout out to lead actors Frankie Gillespie McKay and Libby Segal who took home the Best Young Actor award at the Festival.
Pernell’s film has won 11 awards and received several other nominations at local and international film festivals. Some other noteworthy wins include Rouben Mamoulian Award for Best Director at Sydney Film Festival and Erwin Rado Best Australian Short at Melbourne International Film Festival.
