THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY received a record-breaking six Tony Award nominations, the most nominations a solo show has received in the history of the awards. Director Kip Williams has been nominated for Best Direction of a Play.
Kip has also been nominated for Outstanding Direction of a Play at the Drama Desk Awards, with the production receiving four nominations in total.
Additionally, Kip has been nominated for a Drama League Award for Outstanding Direction of a Play, with THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY receiving three nominations in total.
The Tony Awards ceremony will be held on June 9 at Radio City Music Hall.
The Drama Desk Awards ceremony will be held on June 1 at NYU’s Skirball Centre for the Performing Arts.
The Drama League Awards ceremony will be held on May 16 at Ziegfeld Ballroom.
