WHILE THE MEN ARE AWAY announcement

SBS has unveiled the lead cast and directors of WHILE THE MEN ARE AWAY, an 8-part queer revisionist comedy about the Women’s Land Army during WW2. Gemma Ward, Benedict Hardie, Shaka Cook and Max McKenna have been announced as the lead cast. Monica Zanetti co-created the series and will also direct an episode.
