ANGELS IN AMERICA, designed by Michael Hankin and Mel Page, opens at Belvoir
ANGELS IN AMERICA opened at Belvoir on the first of June. The production features set design by Michael Hankin and costume design by Mel Page.
Set in 1985, the play explores the world of AIDS, homosexuality and Mormonism. The seven-hour play is split into two parts: Millennium Approaches and Perestroika. This is the first time it will be performed in its entirety in Australia since it debuted at Sydney Theatre Company in 1993.
