L’CHAIM! Gideon Obarzanek’s dance piece for SDC opens as part of INTERPLAY
Gideon Obarzanek’s L’Chaim! (‘to life’ in Hebrew and Yiddish) is a thought-provoking and cutting-edge dance piece featuring the entire Sydney Dance Company. L’Chaim! rounds out a trio of pieces, collectively named INTERPLAY: three distinct dance pieces, (also choreographed by Raphael Bonachela and Jacopo Godani), with each choreographer presenting their own unique vision.
Featuring Stefan Gregory’s music, and written by David Woods, the Sydney production of L’Chaim! also features Zoe Cooms Marr with David in the role in Canberra and Melbourne.
